Pasta with Broccoli
Pasta With Broccoli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bunch broccoli, 1/4 c. olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 lb. shell shaped pasta, cooked and drained and red pepper flakes to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Wash and trim broccoli, separating florets into bite-size pieces.
Cook broccoli, strain and set aside.
Heat oil in large saute pan.
Add garlic, saute in oil for 2 minutes.
Add broccoli and toss.
Add pasta and red pepper flakes.
Heat, stirring constantly.
Add cheese, stirring to distribute well.
Serve immediately.
