Pasta with Broccoli
Pasta With Broccoli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. short pasta (mostaccioli, ziti, rigatoni, linguine or spaghetti), 4 c. broccoli florets, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1/4 c. butter and 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water, until 3 to 5 minutes from done.
Drop in broccoli; finish cooking pasta and broccoli until al dente.
Drain.
While pasta is cooking, saute oil, butter, garlic and pepper 1 to 2 minutes.
Do not let garlic brown. Remove from heat and add Parmesan cheese.
Pour sauce over pasta and add extra seasonings, if desired.
Serve immediately.
