Pasta Surprise
Pasta Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 sweet or hot sausages, 1 large bermuda onion, snow peas, 8 oz. pkg. mushrooms and 1 (8 oz.) bag monterey jack or cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Remove sausages from casing. Brown in skillet. Add onion, mushrooms and snow peas. Drain well. Add apple at the very end or it will overcook.
Boil pasta.
Drain, then add the meat and vegetable mix.
Toss the cheese throughout the pasta.
Cover and let stand for a few minutes until cheese melts.
Chicken can be used in place of the sausages.
Garlic and other vegetables can also be added.
