Pasta Salad
Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered, 2/3 c. sliced black olives, 1/4 c. olive oil, 3 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine all ingredients, except linguini.
Let stand at least 1 hour.
Cook linguini.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Drain again.
Combine linguini and artichoke mixture.
Cover and chill. Toss before serving.
