Pasta Romano
Pasta Romano is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 extra large black olives, 4 garlic cloves, sliced, 3/4 c. dried tomato, 16 oz. sour cream and 1 pt. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Slice olives into rings; saute with garlic and onion in olive oil until golden.
Add wine and tomato (cut into pieces).
Let simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
Add creams and seasonings; simmer 10 minutes slowly.
Add grated cheese.
Pour over pasta immediately.
Do not prepare ahead of time!!
