Pasta Puttanesca
Pasta Puttanesca is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 4 cloves garlic, chopped, 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes and 1 (28 oz.) can pastene chunky-style tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oil in large, deep frypan.
Add onion and garlic; cook until garlic is lightly colored and add tomatoes.
Then add pepper flakes, olives and anchovies.
Let cook for about 25 minutes. Cook pasta al dente and toss with sauce.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
