Pasta Pinwheels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained, 1 c. ricotta cheese, 1 c. shredded mozzarella and 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pour 1/2 sauce into a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.

Combine spinach, Ricotta, 3/4 cup Mozzarella, Parmesan and egg; mix well. Spread each noodle with scant 1/2 cup mixture; roll up and cut in half crosswise.

Place rolls, cut side down, in dish.

Top with remaining sauce.

Cover; bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and additional Parmesan.

Makes 12 (2-inch) pinwheels.
