Pasta Pesto is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pasta (spaghetti or linguine), 1 c. fresh basil leaves, 1 large clove garlic, 1/4 c. pine nuts and 1/3 c. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Blend basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, and olive oil in blender to make a paste.
Cook pasta to taste, al dente is recommended.
Toss drained pasta with paste while still hot.
Add Parmesan cheese and toss again.
Serves 4 as a main dish or 6 as a side dish.
Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
