Made with 2 cloves garlic, peeled, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed (undrained), 1/2 c. grated parmesan, 1/2 c. corn oil and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In food processor or blender, chop garlic.
Add remaining ingredients (except pasta).
Process until well blended.
