Pasta Con Piselli
Pasta Con Piselli is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. bacon, 1 large sweet onion, chopped, 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green peas, 1 lb. ditalini, boiled and drained and parmesan cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large skillet fry bacon over medium heat until almost crisp.
Cut bacon into 2 inch pieces.
Add chopped onion to bacon and grease; cook until onion is tender.
Pour off about 1/3 of grease.
Mix in peas with juice.
Pour bacon mixture into large pot of cooked and drained ditalini.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with tossed garden salad and crispy garlic bread; outrageous!
