Pasta Carbonara
Pasta Carbonara is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pasta (linguine or spaghetti), 1/4 to 1/2 lb. bacon, cut up, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 head garlic, minced and 2 eggs, lightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook pasta according to directions.
Saute onion, garlic and bacon together.
Drain pasta and return to pot.
Over low heat, stir in eggs and Parmesan.
