Pasta Broccoli
Pasta Broccoli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 1/2 c. broccoli, cut in small florets and stem peeled and diced, 1 tsp. minced garlic, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oil in skillet on high.
Add onion and broccoli and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add regular water; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring once.
Stir in tomatoes, garlic and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 3 minutes longer or until broccoli is tender.
Put pasta in bowl.
Add broccoli, cheese and reserved water.
Stir until blended and creamy.
