Pasta Al Fredo
Pasta Al Fredo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. uncooked creamettes, mostaccioli or pasta of choice, 1 c. heavy cream, 1/2 c. soft margarine, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare pasta according to directions.
Drain.
In large pan, heat cream and margarine on low heat.
Do not boil.
Add pasta, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic.
Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
