Party Salsa
Party Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. (1 small can) seeded jalapeno peppers, 1/2 c. celery, chopped, 1 1/4 c. onions, chopped, 3/4 c. white vinegar and 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Add red cayenne pepper to taste.
The more added, the hotter it gets.
If mild salsa is wanted, do not add cayenne pepper.
Stir together in pan.
Boil 30 to 40 minutes until thick.
If a thicker salsa is wanted, cook longer.
Serve with corn chips.
Freezes well.
