Party Salad
Party Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. marshmallows, 1 c. milk, 1 pkg. lime-flavored gelatin, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 (no. 2) can undrained, crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add frozen berries (do not thaw), pineapple and bananas.
Stir to mix.
Pour half the mixture into 12 x 7-inch pan; refrigerate to set.
Spread half of sour cream over and pour the other half of mixture on top of sour cream.
Spread remaining sour cream on top when jelled.
(Or use all of the sour cream in the center.)
Serve in squares.
