Made with 2 c. shredded cheddar (part monterey jack or mozzarella), 1 small green pepper, chopped (optional), 1 small onion, chopped, 1/2 lb. bob evans italian sausage, browned and mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients with just enough mayonnaise to hold together.
Place mixture by spoonfuls on Pepperidge Farm rye squares.
