Party Ryes
Party Ryes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shredded cheddar (part monterey jack or mozzarella), 1 small green pepper, chopped (optional), 1 small onion, chopped, 1/2 lb. bob evans italian sausage, browned and mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients with just enough mayonnaise to hold together.
Place mixture by spoonfuls on Pepperidge Farm rye squares.
Place on cookie sheet and broil until cheese melts.
