Party Potatoes
Party Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium potatoes, cut into cubes, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 c. sour cream, 5 tbsp. margarine plus 1 tbsp. for top and 1/3 c. chopped chives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook potatoes until tender; drain.
Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a mixer bowl; beat until well mixed.
Add hot potatoes and beat until smooth.
Add 5 tablespoons margarine, chives, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Dot with 1 tablespoon margarine; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until brown.
