Party Potatoes
Party Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 stick margarine and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat sour cream and cream cheese until blended; add to hot potatoes, beating until light and fluffy.
If too stiff, add a little milk.
Season to taste with garlic salt.
Spoon into a 2-quart casserole.
Dot with margarine; sprinkle with paprika and brown.
Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
Heat in oven for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
