Party Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 potatoes, peeled, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sour cream, garlic salt and chives, butter and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook potatoes.
Beat softened cream cheese with sour cream until well blended.
Add potatoes, beating constantly until light and fluffy.
Add milk, if needed.
Add seasonings to taste.
Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
