Party Potatoes
Party Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 medium potatoes, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 c. sour cream, salt and pepper to taste and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pare potatoes and boil until tender. Drain. Beat softened cheese and sour cream with a mixer at medium speed until well blended.
Add hot potatoes gradually, beating constantly, until light and fluffy.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place in 2-quart casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
