Party Potato Puff
Party Potato Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 4 c. hot mashed potatoes, 1 egg, beaten, 1/3 c. minced onion and 1/4 c. chopped pimiento (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add potatoes and beat until thoroughly blended and fluffy.
Add egg, onion, pimiento, salt and pepper and mix well.
Spoon into a lightly buttered 1-quart casserole.
Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Serve at once.
