Party Pea Casserole
Party Pea Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. party peas, 1 c. each chopped celery, onion and green pepper, 1 can water chestnuts, 1 can mushroom soup, diluted with juice from water chestnuts and 1 medium jar pimento, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute finely chopped celery, onion and green pepper in melted butter.
Remove and mix with remaining ingredients (except onion rings).
Pour all ingredients into greased baking dish. Top with onion rings. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
