Heat oven to 275Β°.
Combine cereal, pretzel sticks and nuts in ungreased oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inches). Heat butter in 1-quart saucepan until melted.
Remove from heat, stir in Worcestershire sauce, paprika and garlic salt.
Pour over cereal mixture, tossing until thoroughly covered.
Bake 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
