Party Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract, 3 c. powdered sugar, sifted and food coloring (your choice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix cream cheese, peppermint and sugar until smooth.
Add food coloring to achieve desired color.
Roll into small balls. Place on waxed paper and flatten with fork. Can also be used in mint molds. Great for weddings and showers.
