Party Mints
Party Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. powdered sugar, 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring and food coloring (approximately 2 drops), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In an electric mixer, cream the cream cheese.
Blend in powdered sugar, a little at a time, to make a stiff dough. Continue to knead dough by hand.
Pinch off enough dough to fill mold.
Roll in granulated sugar and press firmly into mold.
Pop out of mold.
Makes approximately 75 mints.
