Party Meatballs
Party Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground pork, 1 lb. ground veal, 2 c. soft bread crumbs, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onions, parsley and salt; mix thoroughly.
Shape into small (bite size) balls.
Brown in oleo.
Place in casserole.
Combine preserves and barbecue sauce; pour over meatballs.
