Party Mashed Potatoes
Party Mashed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 potatoes, boiled and mashed, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 carton sour cream with chives, 1/2 c. butter or margarine and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together and place in buttered casserole dish.
(I use a 9 x 13-inch pan.)
Refrigerate until ready to bake.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
