3 Tbsp . poppy seed

1 lb . ham, shredded

3 pkg . Pepperidge Farm party rolls

3 Tbsp . prepared mustard

1 small onion, grated

2 c. Swiss cheese

Melt butter; add mustard, poppy seed and onion.

Slice each roll with electric knife.

Remove top and spread both sides with butter mixture.
