Party Dip
Party Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sour cream, 3 oz. cream cheese, 3 oz. dried beef, 1/2 diced green pepper and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soften cream cheese and mix with sour cream, milk, green pepper and onion.
Chop beef in small pieces and add to mixture. Place in an 8-inch baking dish.
Saute pecans in margarine and sprinkle on top of dip in baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until it bubbles.
Serve hot on crackers.
This can be mixed ahead of time and baked at the last minute.
