Party Dessert
Party Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 60 ritz crackers, crushed, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 8 egg yolks, 1 c. sugar and 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Crust
Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix and cook the egg yolks, sugar and crushed pineapple until thick.
Add lemon Jell-O (no water); add the 8 egg whites and fold into pineapple mixture after it has cooled.
Make 24 hours before serving.
