Party Cookies
Party Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Blend shortening and both kinds of sugar.
Beat in vanilla and eggs.
Sift remaining dry ingredients together and add to sugar and egg mixture.
Mix well.
Stir in 1/2 cup M&M's.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Decorate cookies with remaining M&M's.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. After baking, some of the M&M's may be cracked.
This does not hurt the taste of the cookie.
Makes about 6 dozen 2 1/2-inch cookies.
