Party Chicken
Party Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 8 slices lean bacon, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 4 oz. chipped beef (optional), 8 large boneless chicken breasts and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for 1 hour.
Then wrap a slice of bacon around each chicken breast.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine sour cream and soup and mix well.
Lay a thin layer (about half) of the chipped beef in baking dish.
Lay chicken on top of beef and place rest of beef around or on top of chicken.
Pour sour cream mixture over chicken.
Bake at 250Β° for 2 hours.
A few minutes before serving, add cheese on top of chicken and return to oven for five minutes.
