Wrap chicken breast with Carson dry beef, then wrap bacon around that and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix mushroom soup, sour cream and water.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 250Β° for 45 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered.
Serve over rice.
