Party Chicken
Party Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 whole chicken breasts, 8 oz. sour cream, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 3 oz. sliced, dried beef and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut up beef into strips and use them to line a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Place chicken breasts on top of beef.
In a separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream and cream cheese.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika as desired.
Bake, uncovered, at 275° for 3 hours or at 325° for 1 hour.
Chicken is done when meat thermometer reads 180° at thickest part of breast.
