Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for about 1 hour
Using plastic gloves, mix cream cheese, ham or turkey (use as much as desired), green onions, red pepper and Worcestershire sauce; mix well and form into a ball
Roll in pecans until covered and store in refrigerator
Serve with your favorite crackers.
