Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a Baggie.
Moisten potatoes with water.
Shake a few pieces at a time in mixture. Place in buttered pan. Bake for 1 hour at 375Β°; turn after the first 30 minutes.
The last 5 minutes, sprinkle on shredded cheese.
