Parmesan Potatoes
Parmesan Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium potatoes or more (depending on serving size needed), 1 c. flour, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour flour, Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt into a large Ziploc freezer bag. Shake ingredients well. Cut potatoes into fourths or halves.
Add potatoes to the Ziploc bag and shake mixture well.
Place the potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt 1/2 cup margarine and pour over potatoes. Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
