Parmesan Potatoes
Parmesan Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, 4 large potatoes, cut in wedges and 1 tsp. basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix Parmesan cheese, olive oil and red pepper flakes in a large bowl.
Add potatoes and toss until well coated.
Place on baking sheet, in single layer.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Turn after 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with basil. Serve hot.
