Parmesan Potatoes
Parmesan Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 5 large potatoes, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese and 3/4 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Peel potatoes and cut into wedges no more than 1/2-inch at widest.
Shake in a bag with flour and Parmesan cheese.
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
Put potatoes in pan, taking care not to have them touch each other.
Salt and pepper.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Use foil to cover the first half hour.
Turn after 30 minutes and remove foil.
Kids love these potatoes!
