Parmesan Popovers
Parmesan Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. milk and 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine all ingredients.
Beat at low speed of electric mixer until well blended.
Place well-greased muffin pans in 425° oven for 3 minutes.
Remove pans from oven.
Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full with batter.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake 18 to 20 minutes longer or until popovers are firm. Serve immediately.
