Parmesan Crackers
Parmesan Crackers is an easy dinner. Made with 8 tbsp. soft butter - creamed, 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. all purpose flour, 1 c. finely grated fresh parmesan cheese and 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients until just pulling together.
Form into a disc and chill 2 hours or overnight.
Flour surface well and roll into a rectangle.
Use a ruler and a pizza cutter to cut into squares while on cookie sheet.
Prick each with a fork.
Bake at 375Β° until light golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.
Let cool slightly and re-cut with a pizza cutter.
