Combine first 4 ingredients in a large ziptop plastic bag. Add fillets; seal bag and shake to coat fillets with cheese mixture.
Place on broiler pan coated with cooking spray; discard remaining cheese mixture.
Broil 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
