Parmesan Bread
Parmesan Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 8 (1-inch thick) slices french bread, 2 tbsp. margarine or butter, melted, 1/2 tsp. dried italian seasoning, crushed and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brush 1 side of each slice of French bread with melted margarine or butter.
Sprinkle buttered sides of bread with Italian seasoning, then with Parmesan cheese.
Place bread slices, cheese side up, on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
Makes 8 slices.
