Parmesan Biscuits
Parmesan Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. baking soda and 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to hot, 450°.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in bowl.
Stir in cheese.
Add butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Stir in enough buttermilk just until dough holds together.
Knead dough slightly on a lightly floured surface.
Pat or roll out 1/2-inch thick.
Cut out biscuits with 2-inch cutter.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated hot oven, 450° for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
