Paradise Pudding
Paradise Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cherry pie filling, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 can angel flake coconut (small), 1 small pkg. pecans and 2 sticks butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put pie filling in bottom of baking dish. Add pineapple. Sprinkle 1/2 of the coconut on top.
Sprinkle cake mix over this. Melt butter and mix well with pecans and rest of the coconut. Pour on top of the cake mix and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
Reduce heat 25° for glass dish.
