Paradise Pudding
Paradise Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 pt. boiling water, 1/2 c. almonds, blanched, 12 marshmallows, finely cut and 12 maraschino cherries, coarsely cut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Chill. When slightly thickened, beat to consistency of whipped cream.
Combine nuts, marshmallows, cherries, macaroons, sugar and salt.
Add to Jell-O. Fold in cream.
Turn into loaf pan (7 x 5 x 3-inch). Chill until firm.
