Paradise Pudding
Paradise Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 2 c. liquid, 1 pt. whipping cream, 1 can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 small jar maraschino cherries, cut in pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve jello in liquid and let set until slightly thickened. Whip cream until stiff (adding usual sugar and vanilla).
Then add jello and beat with cream until completely mixed.
