Panocha Candy
Panocha Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. brown sugar, dash of salt, 1 tbsp. light corn syrup, 1 tbsp. butter and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and milk.
Cook, stirring only until sugar dissolves to soft ball stage.
Cool at room temperature without stirring until lukewarm.
Add vanilla. Beat mixture until it holds its shape.
Add nuts, quickly spread in greased pan.
Cool and cut in squares.
Makes 2 dozen pieces.
