Pancit
Pancit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. rice noodles, chopped carrots, chopped cabbage, chopped broccoli and vegetarian meat or chicken or real chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Saute onions, vegetarian chicken (or real chicken) and garlic powder until cooked.
Add water, soy sauce (to taste) and chicken broth and let boil.
When boiling, add vegetables one after another or together and cook slightly.
Add rice noodles and let cook per package directions.
